	1. SPINE GROOVES, PROVIDE AREA FOR LEAF GUARD 2. FASCIA DESIGN LOOKS SUBTLE YET MODERN, WHILE HIDING ALL BLEMISHES AND IMPERFECTIONS THAT ARE COMMON IN LONG AND TALL FASCIAS, LIKE DRIP EDGES OR FASCIA/GUTTERS. 3. PANEL STOP ALLOWS MOISTURE TO WEAP INTO A CONTROLLED CAVITY IN THE GUTTER TO PREVENT WATER FROM BACKING UP INTO THE PANEL JOINTS, WHICH WOULD CAUSE A LEAK IN THE ROOM. 4. WATER WEAP DRILL GROOVES ALLOW WEAP HOLES TO BE DRILLED ADJACENT TO PANEL JOINTS SO TRAPPED MOISTURE CAN ESCAPE EASILY. 5. SCREW GROOVES ALLOW FOR ATTACHMENT SCREWS TO LINE UP NEATLY. 6. DRIP EDGE FASCIA PREVENTS WATER FROM RUNNING BACK TO THE ROOM.
